Application to attend the workshop
The Workshop is postponed until further notice
Attending the meeting is FREE of charge. However, the number of attendees is limited and registration is pending acceptance to the workshop by the organizers.
Applications to attend this meeting must be submitted by January 12, 2024. Please apply early, as space is limited and the meeting may fill up before this deadline. If the meeting is oversubscribed, it will be stated here.
Note: waiting list applications will only be considered by the organizers if more seats become available due to cancellations.
Speaker Abstract Deadline: Although applications will be accepted until the date noted above, any applicants who wish to be considered for an oral presentation should submit their application by December 12, 2023.
Notification of acceptance to the workshop will be sent within a few weeks of application and the latest by 13 January, 2024.
Abstract guidelines
Abstracts should not exceed 250 words (excluding title, authors‘ names and affiliations)
Applicants are allowed to submit one abstract per participant. Different delegates with the same abstract will not be accepted
All the abstract will be collected in an abstract book that will be made available to the workshop participants
Selection criteria
We have planned the workshop for 80 participants, including 26 speakers.
The primary criteria for selecting participants will be their willingness to present their research. Thus, abstract submission through the application form is highly recommended.
Priority will be given to abstracts presented by young P.I.s, PhD students and postdocs.
Selection on scientific relevance and excellence will be applied.
